X4545 PN {Mr Northey} 6/DN/23.11.22. TO Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM PN. {Mr Northey} 4 Goshawk 11. This car has been returned to you today as it is of no use to us for the purposes of giving Trial runs. Its chief trouble is lack of power; in addition there are sundry engine rattles and the cylinders want decarnonising badly. Unfortunately we shall not get our 2nd Trials Open 20 HP. for nearly three weeks and we are in considerable difficulties because of this.
