EXPERIMENTAL CAR 18-EX.

With reference to Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}/Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}25/ED{J. L. Edwards}1/29.1.29. We think that you can allow 77 lbs. for the accessories and tools on 18-EX.

The P.100 head lamps are distinctly heavy. The car had two spot lights, carried the usual kit of tools, Dunlop jack, wheel spanner etc. We find that the Barker body we have just received for 22-EX weighs 11 1/2 cwts. - as received - without instruments or any fitment other than the bare body on the subframe.

This is of course a maximum type body but it seems rather heavy - it will weigh over 13 cwts. complete with tools, wings, valances, and instruments.
