Dear Sirs,

Re: Bentley 2.B.50.

We wish to confirm our Mr.Evernden's visit to your Works on Friday last, October 14th.

1. Tools.

It was agreed that all the tools be housed in the boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} as indicated by the photograph already sent to you.

We have obtained a sorbo rubber insert which will have recesses for the necessary tools, including those which we have specified as being carried in a wallet in the scuttle. This wallet will not therefore be needed. Our Mr.Dodd will be sending to you the rubber insert for the boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} in the course of a few days.

2. Defroster.

It is desired to have two slots in the screen rail capping, not more than 4½" long and not more than ¼" wide, and that these be fed by two pipes from underneath the scuttle directly opposite the slots. That is, we do not wish the air to pass along the hollow scuttle rail.

It was agreed that you would look into the question of providing these connections as stated.

Cont'd....
