The circulation of this head is so bad under braking conditions that we think we ought to consider bringing production into line with the car running in France immediately.

The holes that were blocked up on 21-G-IV are indicated on the attached sketch. One method would be to alter the water holes in the gasket.

If we ran into any trouble in France it would be a simple matter to revert to the original gasket.
