22nd July, 1938.

Dear Sirs,

Following our letter of the 20th July, we have now been promised that the reshaping of the 2, 6.50-17 worn tyres should be completed on Wednesday next. Despatch will be effected immediately the day after, and the assemblies should therefore be in your possession the following day.

At the same time the writer would confirm that according to our records both the tread depth and tread width of this tyre are identical to those featured on our 'C' type Fort tyre of the same size.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO.,LIMITED.

Manager,
Car Manfrs. Divn.
