Dear Sirs,

With reference to your request to make up two sample pump sets to K.S. 180 and K.S.175, we are submitting for your remarks, an altered design of top plate casting, which will be suitable from an appearance and practical point of view, for incorporating a third connection for the pump line.

It must be borne in mind that the other connections have been so arranged as to break through into the pressure and pressure balance chamber respectively, and therefore if you approve from an appearance point of view, the pump connection can conveniently go as placed and shown on our suggested drawing herewith.

At the same time, for your information, we are sending you a casting, from which you will more easily
