Mr. C.R.N. Minchin,

London, S.W.1.

Dear Mr. Minchin,

We now have a note from Mr. Royce about his scheme for the battery full charge indicator, but he is not very clear exactly as to what the arrangement is. We think, from his description, he means this :-

Handwritten text next to diagram:

and we have such an arrangement running in order to see how it works on the bench, though we have not gone far enough with it to know what happens in the long run. Perhaps you would say if this is not the right idea.

We enclose a copy of a report we have circulated in connection with the special P & R 20 HP. battery, as a result of your M {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} /5. of the 12th February.

Contd.
