With reference to your recent memo discussing the end clearance of the serrated wedges, would you please arrange to settle the maximum abd minimum figures for this dimension in conjunction with Mr. Hives and Mr. Haldenby. Mr. Hives is arranging to make some special tests with a view to observing the effect of mixing up the pieces of a number of spring washers and wedges of this type.
