Grouped instrument A.T. speedometer belonging to chassis 14-EX has been removed for test in the laboratory previous to a long run.

At a speed of 603 r.p.m. at a temperature of 18°C the m.p.h. indicated were 44.7. After the instrument has run for a considerable time on the car it is to be re-tested to see if any loss of magnetism of the permanent magnets has occurred.

It was also noted to read 86.9 m.p.h. at 1206 r.p.m.
