Referring to your Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/ML.28.10.40; we send herewith a copy of Patent No.423659 as requested.

We have a licence agreement with General Motors under which we have to pay a royalty in respect of their patents 391180 and 417935.

We believe it has been agreed that our own patent comes within the scope of one or both of these General Motors patents.
