X.4-217 RE ESSEX CAR.

As arranged we are handing the "Essex" Car over to you for trial this week-end. We shall be glad to have a written report on the behaviour and appearance generally of the car to assist us in embodying a report to Mr. Royce.

Please note, this car has not been registered and has red number plates, also, the tail lamp is not on the correct legal side.
