You will remember that you spoke to me about Mr.Mitchell and the question of whether we ought not to do something special for him about his car as we did in 1929.

I thought you would be interested to know that we have made an arrangement with him with which he seems to be very pleased.

We have taken back his 1928 20 HP car and supplied him with a 20/25 in its place and made a very nominal charge.

The car we have supplied him with was one of the two 20/25 cars which went out to America for propaganda purposes.

I have a letter from Mr.Mitchell this morning in which he says:

"I have now had an opportunity of trying my new car, and I think it is splendid. I never hoped to possess such a wonderful car. I wish to thank you most sincerely for your kindness to me over this matter. I cannot say how highly it is appreciated. It has been a great privilege and a great pleasure to me to have been able to work in co-operation with the members of the Rolls-Royce firm, and I am sure I wish you very great success in all your ventures."
