Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} from EFC.

EFC1/AD20.9.30.

Will you please obtain a small tin
of cellulose lacquer such as the Macintosh Cable Co.
have used on the cellulose lacquered L.T. cable
recently obtained from them experimentally.
We are anxious to be able to apply this to the
ends where the insulation is cut to prevent fraying
instead of using tape.

EFC.
