Follow-up letter detailing an ongoing investigation into vehicle faults, including a slipper drive and side shaft slack.

-2- This we feel may be due to the slipper drive or some parts fixed to the front of the crankshaft catching the case. We are, however, taking advantage of the radiator being down to examine the front wheelcase to see whether we can find any distinct faults in this direction. It is our endeavour to get this car away tomorrow in accordance with your special request, and we will do the best we can in the time at our disposal. Meantime, the question of slack in the side shaft and the question of slack in the drive are points which we are giving serious consideration, and should we be in a position to do anything which will improve this car we will let you know. I will telephone you finally tomorrow morning letting you know how soon the car can leave, also stating whether we have anything further to report on our investigations. EP.{G.
