Re: Chassis No.18-EX.

Referring to your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}8/MJ.10.9.31. will you kindly note we have issued instructions today to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} to prepare this chassis for sale and to do whatever is necessary in order to put the chassis into good condition.

Sales Dept. request that if the chassis embodies any Experimental features not yet standardised it will be necessary for these to be removed and replaced by units which are standard for the type of chassis referred to. Will you kindly let us have a list of these features, and at the same time will you please let us have details as to the cost involved in these replacements.

With regard to the Barker body, Sales Dept. request that it would be preferable for this to remain in position and if it afterwards appears that renovations are necessary the work can be carried out in London.
