Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter and three thermostats.

It is interesting to note that the instruments of which we complained are not up-to-date, the stationary blade not being held against the screw head.

The two replacements will be put to work immediately, and should we have any further trouble, we will send them back to you, covers intact.
