SpectreCodename for Phantom III Rear Axle.

On examining the axle boxes being built on production, we find the pinion bearing housing is arranged to supply a return oil way but that no provision exists in the casting to let the oil back into the box.

New axles should have a slot cut in the casting and the detail drawing requires modification to look after this point.
