Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Trier.

With reference to the Grease Gun which you kindly send to us for test. We found, when it arrived, that on the spring connection for gripping the lubricator, a number of sections had broken.
From the appearance of the pieces, we would say that it was obviously too hard.
We are returning to you the flex complete.
Will you please send a satisfactory one to replace this.
