Dear Sirs, Referring to your letter of 19th. inst., for which we thank you, we note your remarks concerning our criticisms of the charges for experimental thermostat units. In view of your arrangement, however, that if a contract is placed with you, you will reduce the prices to contract rate, we are prepared to agree to the figures already charged and settled. With regard to the two units which you supplied on your own initiative we thank you for your offer to let us have these on loan account, and would like you to invoice accordingly.
