ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO CHECK RELATIVE STIFFNESS IN POSITION OF ORIGINAL AND PRESENT FRONT SPRINGS FOR TWO INCHES EACH SIDE OF NORMAL TO JUDGE OLLEY STATEMENT STOP SPRINGS MUST BE CORRECTLY SELECTED FOR LOAD AND STIFFNESS PROVED IN PLACE SUGGEST 31 PER CENT INCH AVERAGE REPEAT WITTERING TELEGRAPH RESULT.
