With reference to the above pieces which I held up in August owing to the fact that they were printed over in black, and there was a suggestion at the time that the carbon in the printing was affecting the frictional results, the E-xperimental Department are now definitely in agreement that the trouble was not due to the material used for printing, and the discs in question can be released for production.
