Gentlemen:-
Attention of Chief Engineer.

As you receive numerous requests for brake lining and clutch facing specifications, you may be interested in our plan to reduce such requests to a minimum, thus saving you time, labor and expense.

Our members, comprising most of the brake lining manufacturers throughout the country, have established this clearing house to obtain, compile and distribute information for our Standard Data Book which goes to car, truck and tractor manufacturers, jobbers, service stations, etc.

Instead of being asked to send your specifications to all our members, you are requested to fill out and send the information desired to this office.

If the engineers on our Research and Technical Committee can serve you, do not hesitate to call on us.

Your consideration will be deeply appreciated.

Yours respectfully,
Arnold A Mowbray
