By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} In reply to our request that Mr Royce should signify his agreement of the standardisation of the above he has replied :-

"The little caps are needed for retaining the "shoes to their anchor pins. I have not seen "this improvement yet. Generally quite "O.K. and can be pushed forward for standard-"isation."

This now completes the list of necessary signatures.
