Dear Sirs,

TESTS ON BENTLEY REAR AXLE PINION BEARINGS:

We beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated the 18th inst. The tests to which you refer have not yet been completed and the bearing in question has not run for 500 hours. We might add that Mr. Hickling is personally supervising these tests, and we think that it would be advisable to wait for his return before coming to any decision on this matter.

We expect him back on Monday next and you can remain assured that he will then give the matter his immediate attention.

Yours faithfully,
RANSOME & MARLES BEARING CO.LTD.
C G Richardson
DIRECTOR & GENERAL MANAGER.
