We send you herewith a sketch (Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6) of a rig for testing our fans which we wish to have constructed. The electric motor which we propose to use for this job is at present in the Experimental garage. Will you please have such a rig constructed as soon as possible and erected in the extension which is being made to the Experimental Garage, on the site which we will indicate to you.
