COPY X6074. KLAXON LIMITED. 36, Blandford Street, London W.1. Your Ref: BY11/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Our Ref: CRG/MP. Messrs Rolls-Royce Ltd., Derby. Dear Sirs, Attention of F.W.Harvey Bailey Esq., We wish to place on record our keen appreciation of the reception given to the writer and the facilities for appreciating more fully the points raised by you regarding your requirements insofar as the fitting of Warning Signals is concerned. As pointed out to you, the instrument we have submitted does not in our opinion convey a less favourable impression when compared with any other type of instrument, particularly so when an extended road test is undertaken. However, we are going further into the matter and endeavouring to produce for submitting to you an instrument more fully approaching the characteristics of the foreign type instrument. If therefore, you could extend to us a further short delay for obtaining an instrument for making our tests, we shall be extremely obliged. In any case, we wish to assure you that everything possible is being done to expedite the matter insofar as we, at this end, are concerned. Yours faithfully, KLAXON LIMITED. (Sgd) G.R.Gentry.
