BASSICK GAS-CO-LATOR VISIBLE GASOLINE FILTER GIVE YOUR ENGINE CLEAN GAS CLEAN gasoline eliminates carburetor trouble. It gives a sweeter running motor—no more spitting, coughing and loss of power. You were told to filter your gasoline when you bought your car. The instruction book reads plainly on this point, even though you have screens and traps along your line. The Service Manager knows carburetor trouble still persists, because dirt and water change carburetor adjustments. To get perfect carburetion you should filter your gasoline through a Gas-co-lator—that is, just before you burn it—it will mean more power, easier starting and a knowledge that you can go full-steam ahead in any emergency. Remember it is foreign substance picked up in storage tanks and in transportation that causes carburetor trouble and the resultant loss in power. The Gas-co-lator is your solution. The gasoline is fed into the cylinder of the Gas-co-lator from the gasoline tank where it strains through a chamois cone-shaped filter in an upward direction, which separates both water and dirt from the gasoline and provides clean pure gasoline to the carburetor. After filtering through the chamois sack or cone, the gas passes through a horizontal passage from the top cap to the Vacuum System or carburetor, free from all impurities. The Gas-co-lator is a real percolator and proves its efficiency, day by day, right before your eyes. You can actually see it stop dust, dirt, rust and water. The chamois cartridge will last indefinitely and the most careful man need wash it or replace it only once in many months. The Bassick Gas-co-lator is extremely simple in construction and attractive in appearance, harmonizing with other instruments on the dash. We will gladly give you more detailed information about the Bassick Gas-co-lator upon request. | ||
