the bearings, just as we had left them from the diamond boring, they found they could work satisfactorily and get better results with clearances of two or three thou.

I think, therefore, it would probably be better if Mr.Blackith came up and had all the drawings prepared or any clearances decided on the crank-pin etc., so that we can manufacture a bearing such as Fords buy, as that would go in and give a perfectly good result.
