Dear Sirs,

Last November we purchased from your firm an American Bosch Car Radio Set, for observation purposes this set was fitted to one of our experimental cars. From the first the performance of this set was marred by a slight rattle in the loudspeaker, which occured at certain frequencies. As this fault cannot be eliminated by means of the usual suppressors we think the trouble lies in the set.

We have now removed this set from the car and would like it examined and repaired where necessary. Can you suggest any further action on our part ? We should be grateful for an early reply.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
