Replying to your letter of the 22nd August reference BK{A. Birkett - Commercial Manager}/35205/KC., we shall be glad if you will reserve seats for the first Breakfast and the first Dinner. We wish to pick up the train at Manchester not London, and if you will let me know whether there is any reduction in the cost I will send you a cheque immediately.
