Re Heat treatment of Steels.
With regard to those parts which are delivered to us already heat treated, it is of the greatest importance that the makers should advise us in detail of the heat treatment to which such parts have been subjected. Mr Royce anticipates that the makers will not object to imparting this information as we may require to re "heat-treat" the part after certain operations; and we must not accept delivery of any parts unless we receive and are satisfied with such information.
