In addition to this, it appears convenient to increase the internal diameter of flywheel rim, as indicated, and with these modifications, the inertia is decreased approximately 16%, and the weight 30 lbs. but we are going into this question of weight and expense still further, but thought you would like to know, in the meantime, what sort of suggestion we had with a view to cutting down expense.
