Dear Sirs,
Replying to your letter of November 1st, we have not stocks of bearing 117.FS{F. Steele} and could not promise deliveries of a quantity up to 250 in less than approximately 12 weeks. Over this quantity we should require up to approximately 22 weeks but we find that 6 bearings were sent to you on November 8th against an outstanding order.
If you wish to take this matter further we shall be pleased to hear from you again.
Yours faithfully,
THE HOFFMANN MANUFACTURING CO. LTD.
(Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer})
