| 261 S/W (Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}) from H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Complaint case. H10/H19.11.36. B.42-FB. - Ft.Lt. Staniland. ---------------------------------------------------------- We believe that while you have been attending to this customer's chassis you have been able to arrange to lend him a car, though we do not know what this is. We have received a telephone message this afternoon from Park Ward saying that they have to carry out certain coachwork and asking when they will receive the car from you. Owner has enquired whether he may keep the loan car while they do this work. We, of course, have not been able to answer this question because we do not know how urgently you want your loaned car back. We think Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} would like the customer to keep it if you can spare it for the further four days which we understand Park Ward will require. Will you please let us know about this as soon as you can? H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} | ||
