In reply to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GMHI/LG 19.2.29 we confirm our telegram of this morning

DUNLOP TYRES NINETEEN EX DO YOU REQUIRE ENGLISH OR FRENCH MANUFACTURE STOP BUTTRESS TREAD OR SILENT TREAD THE LATTER NOT MANUFACTURED IN FRANCE.

and before complying with your order, we would like to know whether to supply you with tyres of English or French manufacture. You will understand that those of French manufacture are cheaper than English
The sale price of French tyres 33 X 6.75 is 711 francs each

but we should of course debit you with the cost price.
The Dunlop people do not manufacture the "silent tread in France, so that if you decide on this type, Dunlops of Paris will have to send for them from England, which they could do within a few days; the selling prices here being the same as in England at the current rate of exchange.
