Comparative test of oil consumption using Wakefield's CW and Motorine C oils on chassis 3-B-IV.

On 3-B-IV we have carried out comparative oil consumption tests, using Wakefield's CW. and Motorine C, with a view to finding out if the lighter oil is responsible for the high consumption of this car. The figures show that while in both cases the consumption is high, we are approx. 60% better off using Motorine C, than Wakefield's CW. Wakefield's CW. Motorine C. Average speed 50 m.p.h.
