To: Roy{Sir Henry Royce} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} 1166 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}4/RH.{R. Hollingworth}28.7.4 In reply to your memo Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/AES.18/MH.{M. Huckerby} 25.7.41, and the accompanying letter from Messrs. Dunlops, with reference to the jacks requested in our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}5/SW.18.7.41. It is essential for us to have jacks, and though we appreciate the problem of supplies, we might suggest obtaining a similar jack from other makers, failing that, the jack No.35 described in the communication from Messrs. Dunlops would suit our purpose if they can be supplied in a reasonable time. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} | ||
