As Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} has agreed that this car can go to Brooklands for cooling system suitability tests, will you please carry out the following work in addition to that already requested. (1) Fit a Negretti and Zambra thermometer into the calorstat cover so that it records top tank temperature - the calorstat can be omitted. (2) Fit a Negretti and Zambra thermometer in the front portion of the bottom water pipe. (3) Fit a Negretti and Zambra thermometer with its bulb on the front bumper bar to record air temperatures. (4) Fit a Negretti and Zambra thermometer with its bulb adjacent to the air intake. (5) Mount the dial heads of the above instruments in a panel attached to the facia board.
