Re Truffault Shock Absorbers. W to Paris. 20.1.16. Wcr4/L20116. B. Mr Johnson has forwarded to us your letter B17/D 10.1.16. and he has suggested that we should send you particulars of this chassis. If we receive these Shock Absorbers it is probable that we shall fit them to either 58NA{Mr Nadin} or 7CA, and we think that you might quite safely take it that these will be very similar to 14CB. We might add that before the War we carried out a number of experiments with Houdaille and Triou shock absorbers and that at the present time we are not doing any experimental car work at all, all our energy is being concentrated on aeroplane engines.
