| Re, Inter-departmental Works memos. X1775 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}: RECEIVED DEC 12 1921 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} D1/DL12.12.21. Referring to CJ3/E7.12.21, I am asked by CJ to communicate to you the following :- Firstly, that the memos which CJ is asking for should be sent to him without being re-copied. Secondly, I am requested by CJ to ask you to make an extra copy of any Works inter-departmental memos which you send, and that these copies should be sent to him daily, with your department indicated.
