Set of bearings to be fitted up without back bedding and with standard nip by Works. To be sent to EY. for examination before being run in an experimental engine.

BENTLEY lll.

In connection with boughtout parts RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} is to appoint one man to co-operate with Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie}
Samples of approved bought out parts to be retained to determine standard of finish.

Frame.

Under consideration by Briggs.

Radiator.

To be produced by Marstons.

Bonnet.

Top plates to be made outside, because of difficulty experienced in fitting Widney hinge.

Side plates produced at RR.

Dashboard.

Pressing bought out with all holes pierced.

As dash forms part of the body, coachwork will have to be fitted at Derby.

Relative merits of fitting bodies at Derby or sending chassis to coachbuilders to be investigated.

Revised Production schedule to be discussed by EY. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} and RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} in order to determine future experimental programme.

WRAITH.

Lower Half Crankcase.

RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/SE. looking into possibility of introducing anti-surge valve, to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}1/R.16.5.38. on 25th chassis.
