re SpectreCodename for Phantom III Engine Mounting.

If you are instructing any further crankcases of the old type the engine mounting should be of the improved pattern, with a large washer above the rubber to stop the cutting in, as shewn on LeC. 4117 or if it is considered advisable the double depth of rubber should also be used, as shewn on LeC. 4507.
