Rear Axle. With reference to the proposed standardisation of the Shatz type thrust bearing with washer adjustment. This is to confirm that the Shatz type bearing in 21. G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} IV. axle was found to be in excellent condition when examined after 15,000 miles, and that the washer method of adjustment is quite satisfactory.
