To Order No. Customer's No. We do not think that our production test specification should be altered in any way as the first three tested, passed it comfortably with the one slight exception previously quoted, and it seriously looks as if these machines can not be taken as representative of the general performance of production machines. We cannot allow a retarded low speed figure of above 190 rpm for the Phantom engine magneto neither can we allow an exceeded limit of 2.0 lbs wt for the tangential force of the advance and retard.
