1022 To: Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. to Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} SILVER RIPPLE ENGINE. Reference your Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} 1/MA.25.11.43. we certainly should revert to 2" crank pins when we go to 3 1/4" bore. I had already mentioned the matter to Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} because it means a new crankshaft. The present cylinder head seems to be quite satisfactory but, nevertheless, I agree that we should revert to the original shape when we alter it to suit the increased bore.
