With reference to the query raised at the Conference on Tuesday last Re. Armour Plating. I find that the Plating is in the Expl: Dept: yard and is outside the E.A.C. building. The fact of it, however, being ordinary flat steel plate, does not make it conspicuous.

We will have painted on it - "ARMOUR PLATE - E.A.C."
