PHANTOM II - STARTER MOTOR.
-------------------------

Referring to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}2/F.4.3.31. and dealing with the suggestion put forward in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}4/ET/25.2.31 of fixing a diagram of the starter circuit on the cover of the main switch, we have got out the actual cost of this proposal and find that it will mean 2/-, including establishment charges and cost of material, but without profit.

I am putting the figures before you, as there will obviously be reluctance to including something fresh at a time when we are trying to strip off everything that is unnecessary from the point of view of saving in cost.

You appreciate, of course, that the same information is included in the instruction book.

GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}'s view is that the handbook may not be available at the time trouble has been experienced.
