Phantom III - Ride Control.

It is desired to put the new ride control eliminating the Arens control, on to production as soon as possible.

The difficulty is that the full scheme requires new drillings for the cross, and we understand there are about 100 crosses now coming in which the old drilling obtains.

We have, therefore, made N.Sch.5659 herewith showing how we propose the existing cross should be modified to pass the rods.

We suggest that one car should be fitted up in advance, for inspection, before modifying all the crosses.
