The AC-Sphinx Sparking Plug Co.Ltd.,
Dunstable,
Beds.

For the attention of Mr. Benion Brown.

Dear Sirs,

We enclose a drawing LeC.5737 of the large capacity Ad type AC fuel pump showing the modification to the levers to enable this pump to be operated by a push rod.

For the time being we are not interested in using the Vacuum pump and will blank off the flange plate. We would like to have your criticisms if any of these levers and would like you to supply us a sample pump as shown in the attached drawing.

With reference to the standard T type push rod operated pump we are still awaiting confirmation as to which limits you are able to work to guard against the loss of stroke which we brought to your notice.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
