X.4264 Referring to the sample steering wheel which you brought down here, Mr. Royce remarks that the surface appears to be very easily scratched. He would like to see the construction of the rim, and the spokes, and would be glad if some information could be obtained from the makers with reference to this. He considers that the way in which the serrations are arranged makes the wheel not nice to hold. Finally he considers that the section of the rim is on the big side and would like a section lighter in weight and a little smaller in bulk. Would you please take this matter up with the makers?
